1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Avyru, a platform that allows creating new websites or migrating existing ones to modern technology through a guided flow.
2. Registration and account
Using certain features requires registering at app.avyru.com. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
3. Credits and services
New users may receive one-time free credits. Additional credits may be purchased according to conditions published on the platform. Credit consumption depends on project complexity, migrations, requested changes, and other factors communicated in advance.
4. Previews and publishing
Avyru allows generating previews before publishing. Final publication requires explicit user confirmation. No project is published automatically without consent.
5. User content
The user is responsible for provided content and for having the necessary rights over texts, images, trademarks, and other materials included in their project.
6. Hosting and additional costs
Simple projects may be hosted on managed infrastructure. Higher-consumption or complex projects may require paid hosting plans. Any additional cost will be communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
Avyru will endeavor to keep the platform available and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, Avyru is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after publication implies acceptance of the new terms.
